Three-sided glazed NBU insert has unique aesthetic and exceptional functionality. Apart from visual effects, the insert guarantees efficient heating and ecological wood combustion. Due to application of modern materials and innovative technical solutions, it is characterized by outstanding look as well as intuitive operation. One of its many advantages is the possibility to fit an air inlet outside. The elegance of the insert is provided by decorative glazing of glass type. What is more, it has a parental lock protecting from uncontrolled door opening.

SAFETY ON THE HIGHEST LEVEL

The insert provides operational safety since it has so-called parental lock, protecting from uncontrolled door opening.

Front of the insert is equipped with a heat resistant ceramic withstanding temperatures up to 660°C. We offered by us glass certified quality and safety.

The body and the front of the insert is resistant to high temperatures through the use of high quality steel.

The door frame is made of closed profile, which enables stability and resistance to stresses occuring during working in high temperatures. The door gasket is fitted in specially profiled slot what enables its tight holding and prevents from falling out while using.

Excellent tightness thanks to the solid welding made in shielded noble gas. Steel elements are laser cut with the help of modern equipment, and then they are bent on CNC benders.

ECOLOGICAL COMBUSTION

The unit meets the requirements of Ecodesign standards and the restrictions of the BImSchV 2 standard, which determines the maximum CO emission.

COMFORTABLE USE

The door works with the system “lift up” – the glass is raised. The system was made on the basis of counterbalance – blocks with the steel tripwire work in guideways on 4 (2 for one side), bearing discs, thanks to which the door weight is distributed evenly. They move along sliding guideways fitted in the frame what guarantees light, silent and failure-free work. Through lifting up and pulling down the door at one time it is possible to load large amount of wood. Additional mechanism, enabling double-side glass opening helps with its cleaning.

Reduced soot deposition through a system of clean glass system (air curtain). Air curtain separates the glass from the chamber thanks of that the glass doesn’t become dirty and emit more heat to the room.

Special profiled bottom plate of TERMOTEC is used in this insert. Thank to that the chamber of the fireplace is bigger and larger amount of wood can be put inside.

Keeping the insert clean is easier thanks to fitted ash grate and container where ash is accumulated.

MAXIMUM USE OF ENERGY

More efficient combustion and longer maintenance of temperature by lining the combustion chamber with ceramic material TERMOTEC which accumulates heat and raises the temperature in the furnace.

Full combustion on the dust thanks to deflector which extend the exhaust path. This process increases the efficiency of burning and guarantees better energy use. It also minimizes the emission of harmful substances to the atmosphere.

The insert has triple air-supply system of the combustion chamber, thanks to which the wood burning in the insert is ecological and most importantly – economical.

Primary air is supplied to the insert thanks to the built-in 125 mm external air inlet. Air inlet is located from the bottom of the insert. Insert has a cover plate on the back wall and a hole in its base. Thanks to it the user can choose how to connect the external air kit. Air adjustment is done with a throttle adjustable by one regulator placed below the door. This solution prevents from improper usage. Whole mechanism works quietly and without fail.

The insert is equipped with the clean glass system, thanks to so-called curtain, the air stream is distributed evenly, covers the glass and limits settling soot to the minimum. It allows to keep attractive and clean look of the glass for a long time.

NBU model meets the requirements of the restrictive norm BlmSchV 2, determining maximum CO emission.

MODERN DESIGN

NBU pays attention to modern design and aesthetic finishing. It impresses with a harmonic fire vision, giving the interior unique style. The warmth radiates not only frontally but also laterally.

The insert has singular decorative glass thanks to that it looks elegant and modern. Such solution visually enlarges the front of the insert and emphasizes the view of the fire.
